Obituary

Thomas E. Gove Sr., 73, passed away on May 31, 2022 after a long illness with his beloved family by his side. Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was a life long resident of Marlborough, MA. He graduated from Marlborough High School and he became the owner of Copper Kettle Restaurant in Marlborough, MA as a young man. Mr. Gove Sr. owned and operated this restaurant for many years. He was a life long New York Yankees fan. He was a devoted member of Immaculate Conception Church in Marlborough, MA where he attended Mass daily. He was a golfer.

Mr. Gove Sr. is survived by his son, Thomas E. Gove Jr. of Marlborough, MA; by his brother, Joseph Gove of Centerville, MA; by his late sister, Deborah Papler; and by 2 grandchildren, Arianna Gove and Skylar Rose Gove both of Hopkinton, MA.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, June 17, 2022 at 11:00 am at the Immaculate Conception Church, 11 Prospect Street, Marlborough, MA 01752. He will be buried in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Marlborough, MA.
