Roberta Joan Ammen

Worcester - Roberta Ammen beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother and friend to many passed from this earthly life suddenly at home on July 5th. Roberta was a long time resident of Worcester where she was an active member of the Cathedral of Saint Paul Parish. Roberta was a dedicated volunteer during the many years she served in the Parish food pantry where she treated people with respect and compassion. She also worked tirelessly in the upkeep of the chapel. Roberta will be remembered and missed by many in the community. One of her greatest gifts was remembering every person she met and calling them by name never missing an opportunity to warmly greet them and inquire about their family. She exemplified the true meaning of service to others.

All are invited to attend calling hours on Friday July 14, 2017 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at the Graham, Putnam & Mahoney Funeral Parlors, 838 Main Street Worcester, MA; Committal Services will be private.
