I had the pleasure of both tutoring Mark some years ago in Chemistry when he was a student at QCC, then working with him as a fellow tutor. He tutored physics, among other sciences, and was wonderful with the students. Very caring and helpful, and he really knew his stuff. I also liked to chat with him about the birds he was feeding in his backyard. He had so many interests that he really was fun to talk to. I will miss him very much. My deepest sympathies go out to his family.

I am saddened to hear of Mark's passing. We worked together in the tutoring center at QCC for a long time. He was a great guy, and a real asset for the students. We chatted about cooking, and everything else, as he had many interests. My sympathy to relatives and friends of Mark.
