Luz Amparo Del Valle

  Luz Amparo was born on June 24th, 1944 in Camuy, Puerto Rico. She died peacefully on November 10th, 2024.

 She was the daughter of Jose Del Valle and Saturnina Martínez. Luz Amparo married Jose Vargas-Raíces on February 8th, 1963. She became a mother by choice to Jose Luis Vargas, Hector Manuel Vargas and Maria Isabel Vargas. Luz Amparo then had Evelyn Vargas and Eduardo Vargas. She has 12 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.

  She spent her entire life as a caregiver to her siblings, children and grandchildren. She showed her unconditional love through cooking for whoever walked in her home. She was an amazing, loyal and caring friend. She was a devoted woman of God and served many years in her church in Hatillo, Puerto Rico. She always saw the best in everyone and will be missed by many.
