Kathleen Frances (Scanlon) Ortiz

 Kathleen F Ortiz 65 of Worcester passed away surrounded by her family, on November 13th, 2021, from a long term illness.

 She was predeceased by her husband of 34 years Radames Ortiz and her son William M. Rivera and daughter Tiffany M. Ortiz. She leaves behind her son Michael W. Ortiz and her two sisters Barbara Scanlon and Patricia A. Scanlon and her grandchildren William Rivera, Luis J. Rivera, Julianna Roman and daughter in law Lynne A. Roman and many nieces and nephews.

 Kathleen was born in Worcester, and she was a homemaker who took great pride in her children and grandchildren. Her greatest moments were those spent with and around them. Kathleen put others before herself. She was dedicated to her family with a kind soul, and bright smile also a great personality. She was willing to help anyone and everyone when the need arose. She also loved to cook for the family and a heart of gold.

She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

 Calling hours will be 9AM-11AM on Thursday November 18th, 2021 at Graham, Putnam & Mahoney Funeral Parlors 838 Main St Worcester, Ma 01610. Funeral service will start at 11am followed by a committal to Notre Dame Cemetery.
