Juan Portalatin

Worcester-Juan Portalatin, 67, died on August 23, 2019 after a long illness.

He was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico and he came to Worcester, MA in 1993.  From 1998 until 2001 Juan worked as a Maintenance Worker at the Auburn Mall in Auburn, MA;

He is survived by his son, Juan C. Portalatin Ruiz of Worcester; his four daughters, Katty Sumter Portalatin of Myrtle Beach, SC, Elizabeth Rodas of Queens, NY, Yesenia Lopez and Madeline Portalatin both of Worcester. He is the husband of the late Selma L. Ruiz. He is survived by his sister, Isabel Portalatin of Myrtle Beach, SC and by seventeen grandchildren.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, August 29, 2019 from 6:00-8:00 pm and the Funeral Service will be held on Friday, August 30, 2019 at 10:00 am. at Graham Putnam & Mahoney Funeral Parlors, 838 Main Street, Worcester, MA. Interment will follow at Rural Cemetery, Worcester, MA.
