Worcester - Juan De Dios Ortiz Rivera, 83, passed away at home with his loving family at his side on Saturday April 14, 2018;

He was born in Juana Diaz, Puerto Rico on September 18, 1934, son of Juan Ortiz and Concepcion Rivera; He was predeceased by his wife: Candida Rosa Santiago.  Juan is survived by many relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.

Calling Hours will be on Thursday April 19, 2018 from 9:00 - 11:00 am, followed by the funeral service at 11:00 am at the Graham, Putnam & Mahoney Funeral Parlors, 838 Main Street Worcester, MA; Committal will follow in Hope Cemetery.
