He was born in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico on February 23, 1969 son of Jose A. Barbosa and Sonia (Lallave) Barbosa.
Jose is survived by: three brothers: Angel L. Barbosa, Juan Carlos Barbosa, and William Jose Barbosa; five sisters: Rebecca Soto, Sonia I. Barbosa, Diana Barbosa, Adelaida Ramos, and Lorrena Barbosa; He also leaves many more relatives and friends; Jose was predeceased by his parents, and by his brother Alberto Barbosa.
Jose was a kind hearted, and family oriented man who loved to watch movies, listen to music, and enjoy life to the fullest; He will be deeply missed by all who were blessed to know him.
Visitation will be on Wednesday March 22, 2017 from 10:00 – 11:00 am, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 am in the Graham, Putnam & Mahoney Funeral Parlors, 838 Main Street Worcester, MA; Committal will follow in Hope Cemetery.
