Jorge Feliciano

  It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved father & Grandfather Jorge Feliciano aka Yoyo who passed away on April 25, 2024. He was 85 years old and had been living in Worcester MA for many years. Jorge passed away peacefully in his sleep.

  Born on February 22, 1939, in Ponce, Puerto Rico. Jorge Feliciano was the son of the late Asisco Feliciano and Ramona Mercado.

 Jorge Feliciano was a devoted family man and a loving grandfather. He leaves his partner of 35 years Alicia Ruiz and their two children Maria Burgos and Jose Ocasio. He also leaves eight grandchildren Yarilisse Sanchez, Ruben Marin, Idric Ocasio, Marquel Ocasio, Javian Ocasio, Arianna Ocasio, Amaya Ocasio, Gabriella Ocasio and two great grandchildren Andre Ocasio and Ezel Ocasio all of whom he loved dearly.

 He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He will be remembered for his sense of humor, dedication, humbleness and his devotion to help others in need. In his free time, Jorge loved to fish and play scratch tickets. Jorge was someone you could always depend on and was always available to give a helping hand.

 A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 2, 2024, from 5pm to 7pm. It will be held at Graham Putnam and Mahoney Funeral Parlor 838 Main St Worcester MA 01610. Family and friends are welcome to attend the service to pay their final respects.

 Jorge Feliciano will be deeply missed by all who knew him, but his memory will live on through his children and grandchildren. Rest in peace, Yoyo. Gone but never forgotten.

 John 16:22, “So with you: Now is your time of grief, but I will see you again and you will rejoice, and no one will take away your joy.” Amen.
