Worcester – Frank J. Genatossio, 92, passed away on May 27, 2018 at the UMass Memorial Medical Center;
He was born in Worcester, MA on October 25, 1925, son of the late Carlo and Caroline (Pasquale) Genatossio. Frank worked as a delivery man for the Genatossio Oil Company for many years; He served honorably as a member of the United States Army. Frank was a member of the Men’s Connect Group at the First Assembly of God Church; He enjoyed the many vacations he took his family on down to Cape Cod, and he loved walking along the beach; He always looked forward to going out for movie week with Madeline and Nancy, and taking trips to Dairy Queen with Lucy-Ellen Brady and his son John, and he cherished the time he spent with his family, especially his grandchildren.
Frank is survived by two sons: Frank J. Genatossio Jr and John P. Genatossio; two granddaughters: Nancy J and Madeline Genatossio; his sister: Antoinette Genatossio. Frank was predeceased by six brothers: Leo Genatossio, Domonic Genatossio, Phillip Genatossio, Anthony Genatossio, Lawrence Genatossio, and Louis Genatossio, and three sisters: Julia (Zona) Genatossio, Annie (Toloczko) Genatossio, and Mary Genatossio.
Visitation will be on Monday June 4, 2018 from 9:00 – 10:00 am at the Graham, Putnam & Mahoney Funeral Parlors, 838 Main Street Worcester, MA; Committal will be private.
