Francine Elizabeth Brown

Worcester-Francine Elizabeth Brown was born on January 5, 1947 in New Haven, CT.

She is the second of five children. At the age of four, she moved to East Haven, CT. She

Graduated from East Haven High School in 1964 and moved she moved to San Francisco,

CA. There she met and married John Wheeler III and they had two children. Our sister,

mother, and friend passed away on Saturday, February 1, 2020.

She is survived by her children, Matthew and Jackie Wheeler, siblings, Jacquelyn Hand,

Susan Satava, Charles Brown, Julianne Veith, five nieces and four nephews.

There will be a Memorial Service at Graham Putnam & Mahoney Funeral Parlors, 838

Main Street, Worcester, MA 01610 on Thursday, February 6, 2020 from 3:00 to 5:00

pm. Following the Memorial Service, there will be a Memorial dinner at O’Connor’s

Restaurant & Bar, 1160 West Boylston Street, Worcester, MA. Donations in her memory,

may be made to the American Cancer Society, 3 Speen Street, Suite 250, Framingham, MA

01701.
