Donald P. Ducharme Sr. 91 of Worcester, Ma passed away on August 31st, 2020. He leaves his wife of 47 years, Mary R. (Arello) Ducharme, a sister Doris Lavoie, 8 children; Donald H. Ducharme and his wife Susan, Kenneth A. Ducharme and his wife Debra,. Paul Ducharme and his wife Rosalee, Thomas Ducharme, Mary Ducharme, Marilyn Toussaint, Donald P. Ducharme Jr, Daniel Ducharme and his wife Katelyn, and a step-son John Marley, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He is predeceased by his parents Donald M. and Lucille M. Ducharme, his brother Leo Ducharme and his sister Lea Woodward and two grandchildren Kimberley Ducharme and Nicholas Bagley.
After attending high school he joined the U.S. navy and served on The USS Rochester in WWII and Korea. He worked and retired from Westborough State Hospital in Massachusetts. He was a former member of The Knights of Columbus order of Alahambra Shrewsbury and a former member of The Elks.
Arrangements were entrusted to Graham, Putnam and Mahoney Funeral Parlors, 838 Main St Worcester, Ma 01610.
Calling Hours will be on Monday September 14th, 2020 from 10:30am to 11:30am at the funeral parlors with a burial at Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Winchendon, Ma.
