It is with profound sadness that we announce the devastating and unexpected passing of Dale Joseph Laugelle-Sestito, age 44, of Dorchester, Massachusetts on January 14, 2026 after a brief illness.
Above all else, Dale was a devoted father. His greatest joy in life was spending time with his daughter, Aria, whom he loved beyond measure and who was the center of his world. A true Bostonian at heart, he spent the majority of his life in and around Boston and proudly supported all Boston sports teams. Previously working for an auction house, he enjoyed finding and collecting antique items. He was also known for his love of Adidas sneakers, which he enthusiastically collected. He enjoyed drawing and graffiti, and also had ever-growing collections of hats and LEGO sets. These interests reflected his vibrant personality, loyalty, and youthful spirit. He was blessed with true friends who were like family to him and was deeply loved by both his friends and his family.
He was predeceased by his Nana, Rosemary Laugelle. He is survived by his beloved daughter, Aria; his son, Evan; his daughter, Allison; his mother, Sadiyah Derawi; his grandfather, Joseph Laugelle; his siblings, Antonio, Tiana, Mark, and Cheyanne; several nieces and nephews; and many loving friends that he considered family.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, January 27th, 2026 at Graham Putnam & Mahoney Funeral Parlors 838 Main Street Worcester, Massachusetts 01610, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. His absence leaves an emptiness that words cannot capture, and he will be dearly missed by everyone whose lives he touched.
