Marcia, Shayla, David & Faith, Blaine,

Please accept my condolences for the loss of your Mom.
It goes without saying but I'll say it anyway, Barbara was an amazing woman who held your family together. I have always admired her strength of character and commitment to family and community. She was a great encourager of others but would also "tell it like it is" if we needed to hear the truth about how we were behaving.
Even though we haven't seen each other for many years the Tirendi family is a part of the fabric of my life and I'm grateful for knowing all of you.

Barbara,
In the short time I had to get to know you, I learned what a wonderful, giving and hard working person you've always been. I wish I'd had another 20 years to learn more of your greatness. You will be missed...a lot.

Barbara was one of the nicest and most caring person I have ever known. I had the pleasure to work with Barbara when I was an Associate Dean at Quinsigamond Community College. I treasure that association.
