Worcester – Rev. Zenon Felix Munet, 66, passed from this world to his reward in heaven on May 18, 2018 surrounded by the love of his family and friends;
He is survived by his wife Brunilda Felix, with whom he has shared forty-four years of love and devotion; two sons: Manuel Felix and his wife Lizaida of Worcester, and James Felix and his companion Leigh of Worcester; three daughters: Janet Felix and Angela Felix, both of Worcester, and Zenilda Felix of Tennessee; his niece: Mayra Rivera and her husband Michael Pena Romero; one sister: Carmen Felix of Worcester; five grandsons: Zehmaer Brown, Ivan Cuadrado, Raymond Cuadrado, and Adriel Felix all of Worcester, and Zenel Gomez of Tennessee; seven granddaughters: Yulani Brown, Jaida Felix, Laila Felix, Angeliz Felix, Anely Denazard, and Juliana Felix all of Worcester, and Yaveliz Gomez of Tennessee; He also leaves many relatives and countless friends,
Rev. Zenon Felix was born in Culebra, Puerto Rico on April 5, 1952, son of Victor Felix Bonano and Angela Munet de Santiago; from 1971-1975, he served as a fireman for his local fire department; He served as Pastor of the Mount of Restoration Church for twenty-four years before retiring; Besides being a tremendous spiritual leader, he was also an excellent father and family man who had a special nickname for all of his grandchildren; He loved praising the Lord with song, whether by singing or by a variety of instruments such as the piano, guitar, bass guitar, trumpet, and percussion instruments; He also had a passion for good food, especially when in the company of his family, his church family, and his dearest friends; He will be deeply missed by all who came to know and love him.
All are invited to attend calling hours on Wednesday May 23, 2018 from 7:00 – 10:00 pm at the Community of Faith Church, 14 Clement Street Worcester, MA. The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday May 24, 2018 from the church at 11:00 am; Commital will follow in All Faiths Cemetery.
