Leopold A. McLune

Worcester- Leopold A. McLune, 69, passed away Monday, January 2, 2017 at the Knollwood Nursing Center in West Boylston after an extended illness.

Leopold was born in Saint Thomas, Jamaica a son of Vincent and the late Una (Harris) McLune. At the age of 18, he moved to Florida where he started his family. Leopold worked for many years as an irrigation specialist for different grove agricultural companies around Florida. He was a very hardworking and devoted man who enjoyed his life. He loved to fish, play lotto games, smoke ganja and enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Leopold leaves behind his children: Shawntina Williams and her husband Joey of Orlando, FL, Latorya McLune and her spouse Bianca Romero of Worcester, Tanisha Rodriguez and her husband Richard of Worcester, Leopold McLune Jr. and his wife Tia of Worcester, Javon McLune of Worcester and Josephine McLune of Bronx, NY. He also leaves 9 grandchildren, two brothers: Roy McLune of NY and Carlton McLune of Jamaica, and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two brothers and one sister.

Funeral Services for Leopold will be held at a later date.
