He was born in Erie, Pennsylvania on January 17, 1960, son of John A. and Maureen (Tully) Baganski.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 am on Saturday September 22, 2018 from St. John's Church, 44 Temple Street Worcester, MA.
