James Robert Reid

“Jimmy” James Reid, 59, passed away on Monday, October 22, 2018 at his

  home in Worcester. Mr. Reid was born in Browns Summit, NC and he came

  to Worcester in 1988. He was an avid sportsman. He played baseball and

  and basketball. He loved music. He is survived by his mother, Margaret Reid,

  his significant other, Doris Parker, one daughter, Dasha Logan, three grand-

  children, Paris, Destiny and De`Shaun, one brother, Bruce Reid, four sisters,

  Marilyn, Marjorie and Lori Ann all of Worcester and Sheryl Watkins of Boston

  and by nieces and nephews and by many friends. He is predeceased by his father,

  James Reid and his sister, Mary Graves.

  Calling Hours will be held on Tuesday, October 30, 2018 from 11:00 am to 1:00

  pm and the Funeral Service will be at 1:00 pm at Graham Putnam & Mahoney

  Funeral Parlors, 838 Main Street, Worcester, MA. Pastor Barry Haguler will

  officiate.

  After the Funeral Service, the Reid family cordially invites to their home at 49

  Pleasant Valley Drive, 14^th Floor, Worcester, MA for a luncheon.
