Angel Rafael Velez

Angel Rafael Velez died peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer in his sister’s home on April 7, 2018 at the age of 47.

Angel was born on September 16, 1970 in Peñuelas, Puerto Rico.

Angel enjoyed Boston Bruins hockey, Marvel comics, and playing video games. He was a very kind and uncomplicated man with simple values and strong family ties.

Angel is survived by his family Anna (mother), Domingo (stepfather), Carmen, Esmerana, Luis, and Ernesto (siblings) and Michelle, Kirstey, Logan, Payton, Tiana, Andreana, Scotty and Thoryn (nieces/nephews).

Calling Hours will be on Friday April 13, 2018 from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm, followed by the funeral service at 12:00 pm at the Graham Putnam & Mahoney Funeral Parlors, 838 Main Street Worcester MA ; Committal will follow in Hope Cemetery. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Angel’s life.
