Born on August 12, 1946 in the beautiful island of Puerto Rico, In the town of Cabo Rojo to Andrea Andujar-Comacho and Aniceto Hernánder-Rivera. She was the oldest of four kids. She loved cooking for her loved ones. It was her way of showing her affection and love. She loved spending all her time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was our light on a dark night and our motivation to want to do more in life. Raising her four kids Jimmy, Joey, Lourdes and Cynthia in the south side of Brooklyn, NY wasn't always easy but with her sacrifice and determination always made it work. She worked in a factory as a machine operator and also as seamstress for over sixty years. She was everyone's mom and grandma. She never denied anyone anything. Her love was endless and her hugs and kisses made all your problems go away...
She now joins her two sons in heaven Jamie "Jimmy" Rivera and Jose E Pola, Great granddaughter Nyalee Russin, and her father Aniceto Hernander-Rivera. She leaves behind two daughters Cynthia Pola and Lourdes Pola, her mother Andrea Andujar-Comacho, her sister Nancy Rivera, her grandchildren Andrew Andujar, Melissa Reyes, Thomasina Monroig, Nicolas Andujar, Angeline Pacheco, Janice A Pacheco, Jose I Pola and Wifredo Pacheco JR, her great-grandchildren Nevaeh L Gonzalez, Jeremiah D Gonzalez, Julian N Pola, Derek Sanchez, Athena Andujar, Mason Andujar and Jeshua E Pacheco, her grandson in-law Corey S Rivers and granddaughter in-laws Laura J Tobar and Stephanie Andujar, her niece Jessica Rivera and her nephew /godson Jonathan Molina. She also leaves behind many cousins, nieces and nephews and many beloved friends.
