He was born in Newport, RI on November 27, 1955, son of William Earl Tuttle Sr and Grace L. (Flanders) Tuttle.
Michael is survived by his companion of 24 years: Carolyn Tobben; his daughter: Michelle L Tuttle; his brother: Peter Tuttle; two sisters: Grace Homen and Barbara Fales; his granddaughter Angelina, as well as many relatives and friends;
He was predeceased by two brothers: William Tuttle and Donald Sullivan, and by his sister Jane Clarke.
Michael worked as a security guard for many years; He was an avid fan of the Patriots, the Red Sox, and the Bruins; He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
