Worcester - Luis R. Guiot, 71, passed away on Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at the West Side House.
He was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico on February 9, 1946 son of Jorge L. and Francisca (Acevedo) Guiot. Before moving to Massachusetts, Luis lived in Texas and Alaska, graduating from the Killeen High School in Texas as a member of the class of 1964; He later went on to attend UMass University and worked as a Bank Teller. Luis greatly enjoyed going to Coney Island Hotdogs and Maria's Kitchen with his sister and best friend Nilda. He also enjoyed watching wrestling and the news.
Luis is survived by his sister Nilda Gallegos of Virginia, as well as many relatives from New York and Puerto Rico.
Private funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Graham, Putnam & Mahoney Funeral Parlors.
